Harriet Reynolds is an award-winning singer songwriter who knows her way around the music industry. She has performed on stages from coast to coast for over two decades and continues to draw a crowd of faithful fans every time she picks up her guitar and walks on stage. Her music is carefully crafted to entertain and elicit emotion with her compelling melodies, rhythms, and lyrics that she delivers straight from the heart.

Harriet’s last album release was in October 2018 with the launch of Take That Ride, and she toured the country on that CD in 2019. She is now putting the final touches on her fourth original album, Ready for a Change, scheduled for release in 2022.

When live performance venues were forced to close due to the pandemic in 2020, Harriet created a weekly livestream show on her Facebook profile — called Harriet’s Happy Hour. She has amassed hundreds of regular viewers with more than 70 performances under her belt on that platform and continues to appear every Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Central.

Press / Reviews

Harriet brings a very welcoming approach to her folk/Americana/country songwriting and vocal delivery. I love the way her songs sound unique yet comforting.

On “Oh, Colorado”, there’s such a nice soft rock feel. Personally reminiscent of the earlier era of Doobie Brothers and Eagles. It has a really nice intimate feel.

Don’t Stop Now has a timeless lyrical theme about longing and looking inward for meaning. This song gave me chills! The production is so clean and tastefully subtle production.

“You Don’t Have to Hide” might be my favorite. The guitar work and atmospheric settings feel a little like Joni Mitchell, as well as Emmylou Harris (the Wrecking Ball era).

“If I Ever Get to Ireland” really lays into that sense of longing that ebbs and flows throughout the album, like a really beautiful daydream.

“I Will For You” has this fun edgy feel. The chorus with its full harmonies and crunchy guitars hooked me in immediately. This would fit right alongside true American rock artists such as Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty.

“All the Way to Your Door” caps off the album perfectly. When Harriet sings: “may you have warm words on a cold evening”, it feels like coming home.

Harriet kicked off my House Concert series and was the consummate professional. In addition to her warm, engaging style of entertaining, she helped arrange the room and contributed to the snacks! My guests were mesmerized with her singing and songwriting skills and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I plan to invite her back in the future.
