Bio

Harriet Reynolds is an award-winning singer-songwriter and Recording Academy member whose music and performances have been connecting with audiences for more than two decades. Based in Austin, Texas, Harriet brings warmth, humor, and a genuine love of storytelling to every performance.

Her music is carefully crafted to entertain and elicit emotion, with compelling melodies, rhythms, and lyrics delivered straight from the heart. Her sound has been described as Americana, folk, pop, jazz, and cabaret—Harriet comfortably works across the gamut. As she always says, a good song is a good song, as long as it connects with the listener.

That connection is at the heart of Harriet’s performances. Whether she is playing for a live audience or sharing music online, she loves the exchange of energy that happens between performer and listener, leaving audiences uplifted, engaged, and very much a part of the experience.

Harriet has performed on an international USO tour, earned a coveted spot on the stage of the Red Ants Pants Music Festival in White Sulphur Springs, Montana, and appeared at Nashville’s famed Bluebird Café, among many other venues.

Her talents as a songwriter have also reached audiences through other performers. Her song “See Me As I Am” was featured in Cynthia Clarey’s New York cabaret show Bridge Over Muddied Waters, where BroadwayWorld named it one of the show’s “unquestionable triumphs.”

Harriet is an artist for Breedlove Guitars and loves playing the iconic guitars crafted by the Bend, Oregon company.

In November 2025, Harriet released her fifth original album, I Will For You, a seven-song collection that continues her tradition of heartfelt, story-driven songwriting. The album follows Ready For A Change and adds another chapter to a catalog built around connection, authenticity, and songs that speak from the heart.

Harriet is also the creator and host of Harriet’s Happy Hour, the online performance show she launched during the pandemic as a way to stay connected with listeners when live venues closed. The show continues every Tuesday at 5 p.m. Central on Facebook, bringing together music, stories, and the community that has grown around Harriet and her songs.

Harriet’s music, including I Will For You and her previous releases, is available on all major streaming platforms and digital music outlets.
